Iran Press/ Iran News: Nasser Kanaani, the spokesperson of Iran's Ministry of Foreign Affairs, tweeted on Thursday: "Despite the atrocities of the Zionists, Palestine remains oppressed but powerful, and the martyrdom of some resistance commanders will not prevent them from responding to the regime."
Kanaani added: "Palestine and its resistance groups are united, determined, and equipped, and the occupying regime and the usurping residents of the occupied territories will not receive anything other than defeat from their current crimes as in the past, but the stability and struggle of the Palestinian people against the aggressors will not relieve the responsibility of the Islamic states and nations in providing strong and effective support for Palestine.
Since Tuesday morning, the fighter jets of the Israeli regime have targeted the Gaza Strip with their heavy attacks, during which 23 Palestinians, including several children and women, and 4 senior commanders of the Al-Quds Company (Saraya Al-Quds) of the military branch of the Islamic Jihad movement in Palestine have been martyred.
In retaliation, the Palestinian militant groups targeted Tel Aviv and other parts of the occupied territories, especially the southern area, with rocket attacks, during which 16 settlers were injured so far, many of whom are reported to be in critical condition.
