Leading a high-ranking military delegation, Major General Mohammad Hossein Bagheri left for Muscat on Sunday.
Meeting with high-ranking politicians and military officials, discussing bilateral and regional cooperations, and visiting the military and scientific centers of Oman, are among his important plans for the trip.
Bagheri has traveled to Russia, China, Turkey, Pakistan, Iraq, and Syria as part of the defense and security consultations of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
