Tehran (IP) - The Secretary of Iran's High Council for Human Rights criticized the US government's indifference to human rights and the Black's lives.

Iran PressIran News: Following the murder of a US black man by a white American in New York, Kazem Gharibabadi expressed his concern over the continuation of racist killings in the US and the obvious disregard of the American government for human rights. 

It seems that what is of no importance in the US are the Black lives, Gharibabadi said that addressed the US authorities: "It is time to change."

The 30-year-old Jordan Neely was strangled by a white American who compressed his throat with his hand, while two others strongly kept the victim's hands and feet to prevent his resistance.

Neely suffered from mental illness “which began at age 14 when he experienced the brutal murder of his mother.
