Iran Press/ Iran News: "Golabgiri" (making Rosewater) is a festival celebrated annually in Iran mid-spring from mid-May to mid-June in Kashan and other villages near it such as Ghamsar and Niasar.
Apart from the rosewater extracting ritual, participants from the provinces of Khorasan, East and West Azerbaijan, Lorestan, Khuzestan, Kermanshah, Qom, Fars, Kerman, Yazd, Hamadan, Tehran, Qazvin, and Zanjan put on display their food products.
Rosewater is another one of the pleasant and lovely products of Iran. Rosewater is produced from a Damask rose which is a type of rose in a process developed by Iranians.
