Tehran (IP) - Iran's Minister of Information and Communication Technology said the domestic messengers would not have access to people's private information.

Iran PressIran News: On the sidelines of the cabinet session on Wednesday, April 26, Issa Zarepour told exporters that the ministry will supervise the performance of the Iranian messengers.

Zarepour pointed to the interconnection of the domestic messengers as one of the new plans of the ministry, adding: "In the first phase, the preparations are made for sending texts, files, and stickers; this option has already been created in the latest versions of Gap, iGap, Bale, and Eitaa messengers."

The interconnection of conversation forums between the messengers is on the agenda, he added.
