Tehran (IP) - Iranian oil Minister told Iran Press News Agency that next month at the sideline of Iran Oil Show 2023 Iran and Russia will sign documents for expanding bilateral trade in oil, gas, Petrochemical, and related industries.

Iran PressIran news: Javad Owji, Iranian oil minister at the sideline of Iran's weekly cabinet meeting in response to Iran Press News Agency said that a high-ranking Russian delegation will attend in Tehran in the Month of May to sign documents for expanding bilateral trade in oil, gas, Petrochemical and related engineering industries and Services. 

Iran Oil Show 2023, which will be held at Tehran International Permanent Fairground from May 17-20, is to host more than 1,500 Iranian and foreign oil, gas, and petrochemical companies, knowledge-based firms, start-ups, and universities including a high-ranking delegation from Russia.

The Russian delegation also will attend business-to-business (B2B) meetings coinciding with the 27th Iran International Oil, Gas, Refining, and Petrochemical Exhibition.

The heads of the Iran-Russia Joint Economic Commission – Iran’s Oil Minister Javad Owji and Russian Deputy Prime Minister Alexander Novak held phone talks today, Shana cited as he said.

Iranian Oil Minister added that the Iran-Russia Joint Economic Commission will be comprised of working groups for trading oil, gas, and petrochemical products, investment and export of technical and engineering services, manufacture, supply, and repair of oil equipment and technological and knowledge-based cooperation and will exchange views on boosting bilateral trade ties.

Javad Owji also told reporters that no gas price hike would be on the agenda of the Oil Ministry.
