Iran Press/ Iran news: Abolfazl Amouei, The Head of Iran-Mexico parliamentary friendship, in a meeting on Monday with Guillermo Alejandro Puente Ordorica, Mexico's ambassador in Tehran, referring to the importance of improving the level of bilateral relations said: the Islamic Republic of Iran and Mexico are important and influential countries in the Middle East and Latin America, and the expansion of cooperation between the two countries will be effective in increasing regional and international peace and stability.
"Parliamentary cooperation of Iran and Mexico will lead to the development and deepening relations in bilateral and international levels." the parliament member added.
Guillermo Alejandro Puente Ordorica, for his part, expressed hope that the parliamentary friendship groups of the two countries will help to achieve this goal by taking advantage of the existing capacities.
The Mexican ambassador welcomed the development of cooperation in the economic, industrial, and agricultural sectors.
In order to expand parliamentary cooperation, the head and members of the Mexican Parliament's Friendship Group with Iran will travel to Tehran Next week.
