Iran Press/ Iran news: According to the Presidential Administration of Iran's Official website, the President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev sent a message to Seyyed Ebrahim Raisi, the President of the Islamic Republic of Iran, while wishing for the divine acceptance of the fasting people's obedience and the descent of divine blessings on the occasion of Eid al-Fitr, he congratulated the Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution, the President and the people of Iran on this Eid.
According to the announcement of the office of the Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution, today is Friday corresponding to the 30th of Ramadan 1444 AH and tomorrow is Saturday, Eid al-Fitr.
Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Qatar, Syria, UAE and Türkiye, Egypt, Kuwait, Yemen, Palestine, Lebanon, and Jordan announced Friday as the first of Shawwal and the day of Eid al-Fitr.
A number of Islamic countries, including Iraq, Oman, and Pakistan, also announced Saturday as Eid al-Fitr after the Shawwal crescent was not seen.
