Kabul (IP) - The Muslim people of Afghanistan participated in the second night of Qadr coincided with at martyrdom of Imam Ali (AS).

Iran PressAsia: According to the Iran Press News Agency from Kabul, mosques across Afghanistan including in the capital city of Kabul, hosted prayers on Tuesday night and recited Joshan Kabir and the Quran on the second night of Qadr.

In addition to men, Afghan women along with their children participated in the Qadr Night rituals which shows the enthusiasm and interest of the people of Afghanistan for the first Imam of Shias.

In this ceremony, Afghan Muslims prayed for the dignity and honor of the Muslims of the world, stability and peace in Afghanistan, and the solution to the economic problems of their country.

Speeches about the character of Imam Ali (AS) were the final part of the ceremony of the second night of Qadr in the mosques and shrines of Afghanistan.
