Iran Press/ Europe: Iran's Foreign Minister Hossein Amir-Abdullahian met his Russian counterpart Sergey Lavrov in Moscow on Mar.29, 2023.
During the meeting, Sergey Lavrov noted: Iran and Russia's bilateral ties in economic, cultural, trade, investment, and politics are shoring up.
Lavrov further stated that the two sides steadily have tight cooperation in regional and international sectors.
Sergey Lavrov expressed hope that the meeting and the negotiations with Hossein Amir-Abdullahian would be fruitful.
For his part, Iran's Foreign Minister emphasized that Iran and Russia's relationships are on the right track.
Hossein Amir-Abdullahian in his remarks underlined that Iran and Russia are going to finalize the joint cooperation agreement in less than a month.
He stated that the high-ranking delegations of the two sides are exchanging views on various issues and the presidents of the two countries are in constant contact with each other.
In another part of his speech, Iran's Foreign Minister went on to conclude: I hope our cooperation in regional and international sectors will continue perfectly.
