Iran PressMiddle East: 'Ali Ramzi Al-Asoud', one of the commanders of Saraya al-Quds (the military branch of Islamic Jihad), was shot dead on Sunday morning in the Syrian battlefields in the Rif Dimashq Governorate. The Islamic Jihad movement announced that there are signs of the assassination of Ramzi al-Aswad by the Zionist regime.

It is stated in this statement: "This crime occurs when the Zionist regime in occupied Palestine suffers greatly from the attacks of the resistance forces."

Hezbollah announced: "The assassination of the resistance movement leaders will not only achieve the goals that the enemy is looking for, but such attacks will increase the vigilance and awakening of the Arab and Islamic nations."

The Palestinian Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas) also condemned the assassination of one of the leaders of "Seraya al-Quds" in Syria and described it as a cowardly act.

Hamas emphasized: "The crimes of the Zionist regime will not discourage the Palestinian nation from continuing the path of resistance and they will keep on this path until the final victory."
