Russian envoy to IAEA stated that the resolution of political claims about Iran's nuclear program is dependent on the conclusion of the Vienna talks, which have been delayed due to the procrastination of the western parties to make political decisions.

Iran Press/Europe: Mikhail Ulyanov, at the meeting of the International Atomic Energy Agency Board of Governors, addressed the Western parties who expressed concern about Iran's compensatory measures in the JCPOA and said: "All your concerns can be easily resolved."

He clarified: "In order to realize this, the participants in the negotiations should return to Vienna and finalize the draft on the revival of the JCPOA within a few days."

After months of intense diplomatic talks, negotiations on lifting sanctions have been delayed due to factors such as inconsistency in behavior, delay in decision-making, extravagance and new requests from the United States.

Experience has shown that despite the claims of diplomacy, the White House does not have the necessary will to make a decision to return to the JCPOA and compensate for the failed policy of the former US President Donald Trump's administration against Iran.

As a responsible country, Iran has always declared that it is ready to conclude a stable and reliable agreement that will contribute to removal of the sanctions in a guaranteed way and will not remain as a pressure lever to be used against Iran in the future. 219
