Tehran(IP) - Congo's Deputy Minister for Petroleum Products urged the Iranian private sector to invest in the country.

Iran PressIran News: In an exclusive interview with Iran Press on the sidelines of the political, religious, cultural, and economic MoU between the Islamic Republic of Iran and the Republic of the Congo, on Mar. 5, 2023, Mondo Moussa Sadr said that Congo is a rich country that will provide good opportunities for Iranian investors in all purposes.

Moussa Sadr stated that the political relations between Iran and the Congo are favorable, so the economic ties should be commenced and enhanced.

The official also said: "Iran has been a friend of Congo during the hard times and the services of the Iranian Red Crescent still are in the Congolese people's minds."

Stressing that visas between the two countries have been eliminated, he emphasized that Iranian businessmen can travel to Congo without issuing visas.
