Tehran (IP) - The Director-General of the West Asian Office in Iran's Ministry of Foreign Affairs reacted to the anti-Iranian comments by the leader of the opposition in the Australian Senate.

Iran PressIran News: In some comments, Simon Birmingham blamed Australia for the slow process of sanctioning Iran and said that the country could catch up with other Western countries in imposing sanctions on Iran.  

In a tweet on Friday, Rasoul Mousavi referred to the crimes the Australian forces committed in Afghanistan and wrote: "The families of the victims of your war crimes have not yet calmed down; your officers in Afghanistan deliberately targeted civilians so that their soldiers could learn to fight and be adapted the color of blood." 

He said: "War criminals teach lessons of human rights!"

The US troops also acknowledged that when it turned to carry the Afghan people taken captive, the Australian forces shot them dead under the pretext that there was not enough space in helicopters.
