Iran Press/ Iran News: Brigadier General Hossein Rahimi announced the arrest of a person who attacked the embassy of the Republic of Azerbaijan with a firearm on Friday morning. He opened fire and in the incident, one person was killed and two others were injured.
According to the Tehran police chief, thanks to the police's speedy action, the attacker was immediately arrested and the investigation started.
Brigadier General Rahimi pointed out that the arrested person had entered the Embassy of the Republic of Azerbaijan in Tehran with his two young children, and stated: "In the initial investigation, the attacker stated that his motive was personal and related to family problems."
