Tehran (IP) - The knowledge-based firms active in the health sector, biotechnology, and technology have a special place at the 28th Razi Research and Technology Festival, Iran's Deputy Health Minister for Research and Technology said.

Iran PressIran News: Younes Panahi said that the festival will be held on January 23, 2023, at Tehran's International Conference Center.

Delivering a speech at the press briefing, Iran's Deputy Health Minister for Research and Technology stated: "More than 570 participants will attend the upcoming Razi Festival."

Panahi expressed hope that Iran's President Ebrahim Raisi may attend the event.

The official said that the 28th Razi Research and Technology Festival is one of the biggest festivals in the field of health in the country.

"Every year, the research performance of the country's medical sciences in the field of technology is evaluated, and this year, we chose the main axis based on the slogan of the year, 'production, knowledge-based and job-creating'" Panahi explained, elaborating on the event.

He said a significant percentage of winners and awardees are technologists, knowledge-based companies, and people who were active the most in the field of technology.
