Russian Permanent Representative to the United Nations stated on Friday that Russia is ready to complete the goals of its "special military operation" in Ukraine through negotiations.

Iran PressAmerica: Vasily Nebenzya told the UN Security Council that Moscow will end its offensive "only when there is no longer a threat to Russia from the territory of Ukraine and when discrimination against the Russian-speaking population in the country ends."

If these conditions cannot be met through talks, they "will be achieved by military means," Nebenzya warned. He also rejected Ukraine's proposal for a "peace summit" hosted by the UN in February, claiming that "in Kyiv, they do not hide the fact that peace in Ukrainian is the capitulation of Russia."

"Ukraine becomes NATO's military company"

Ukraine has become a NATO-owned private military company, which gets money, weapons, and instructions where to shoot from Brussels, the Russian diplomat stated.

"In defiance of facts and common sense, the Kyiv regime has formed an illusion that it can defeat Russia on the battlefield with growing direct military assistance from NATO," he said.

"As a result, Ukraine has de-facto become NATO’s private military company. They get money, weapons, and instructions where to shoot and where to attack. The people of Ukraine, who have to wage a war to achieve someone else’s goals, are the ones to suffer from that," the Russian diplomat added.
