Iran Press/ Iran news: Addressing the inaugural ceremony of 32nd Islamic Unity Conference in Tehran, Ayatollah Mohsen Araki said the main message of this conference is resistance, resilience and unity of the Islamic world.
According to an Iran Press report, WFPIST secretary general added, "This conference proves that the 'Takfiri project' and the 'divide and rule project' have both been defeated in this region, and the world of Islam, with all its richness, different nations, different ethnic groups and different languages, is moving with one heart and one voice in the footsteps of the Prophet of Islam, Prophet Mohammad (blessings of God upon him and his progeny)."
In further comments Ayatollah Araki said: "The Islamic republic of Iran is the cornerstone and the axis of the Islamic World. Iran is victorious in relation to US plots and schemes. We will resist US conspiracies. This is the principal message of this Conference in Tehran. We will also declare our full support for the courageous and heroic nations of Palestine and Yemen, who are resisting the Zionists, Americans and the Al-e-Saud regime."
The 32nd International Islamic Unity Conference opened in Tehran on Saturday.
Over 350 scholars, religious thinkers, ministers of the Islamic countries, professors of universities and other scientific and cultural figures from 100 countries have attended the three-day event. 101/211
