Muscat (IP) - Iranian Foreign Minister Hossein Amir Abdollahian and Minister of the Royal Office in the Sultanate of Oman, Sultan bin Mohammed al-Numani held a meeting to discuss bilateral relations and regional and international developments.

Iran PressMiddle East: During the meeting, the two sides stressed joint efforts toward boosting bilateral relations between the two countries in various areas, particularly the economy.

The Islamic Republic of Iran's Foreign Minister left Tehran for Musca on Tuesday evening while leading a delegation.

He also met with the king of Oman, Sultan Haitham bin Tariq.

In the meeting with Sultan Haitham bin Tariq, Amir Abdollahian handed over the written message of President Ebrahim Raisi to him.

According to the message, President Ebrahim Raiai invited the Sultan of Oman to visit Iran. The Sultan of Oman welcomed it and hoped he would visit Tehran soon.
