Tehran (IP) - During the last days of the autumn season, leading up to Yalda night, a part of Tehran's Laleh hotel is dedicated to a festival called "Celeh Iranian, Global Yalda."

Iran PressIran news: According to Iran Press, Following the registration of the Yalda Night Festival in UNESCO's list of Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity List, the "Iranian Cheleh, Global Yalda" exhibition was launched in Tehran and hosted people, tourists, and those interested in Iranian culture.

All types of handicrafts, Iranian hand-woven carpets, rugs, and the main fruits of Yalda night, such as watermelon and pomegranate, are displayed at the festival.

The exhibition and festival "Celeh Irani, Global Yalda" will be held in Tehran for 10 days (December 12 to 21, 2022), that is, until Yalda Night.

These days, Iranians prepare to buy items needed for the Yalda night to spend the ancient ritual at the elders' and grandfathers' homes.
