Iran Press/ Iran News: The body of 57 anonymous martyrs entered the country from the border of Mehran last week, and on the anniversary of the martyrdom of Lady Fatima (PBUH) on the 6th of December, they are going to be buried after funeral processions simultaneously throughout Iran.
East Azarbaijan province has offered about 10 thousand martyrs to the Islamic system and revolution.
Rear Admiral Reza Abbasi, director general of the Foundation for the Preservation and Publication of Sacred Defense Works and Values of East Azarbaijan Province, said that these holy bodies are related to martyrs whose bodies were discovered east of the Tigris in the Sharhani region. They were martyred in Badr operation during the Iran-Iraq war.
