Iran Press/ Middle East: The Russian Sputnik news agency announced that the Al-Omar oil field base, which is the largest military base of the American forces in the east of Deir Ezzor, was the target of an unknown attack on Saturday night, during which several explosions were witnessed around the base and the green area inside the Al-Omar field.
Sputnik, quoting local Syrian sources, reported that the al-Omar oil field was targeted in such a way that the sound of the explosion was heard in all the villages of this region.
After these tremendous explosions, US fighter jets and drones flew widely in the skies of towns and villages around Al-Omar Square.
So far, the amount of damage and possible injuries among American soldiers has not been announced.
On November 23, al-Omar oil field was also targeted by missiles and rockets.
The largest American bases are located next to the al-Omar oil field in the east of Deir Ezzor province. the al-Omar oil field is the largest oil field in Syria. In the last few years, the American invaders have attempted to steal Syria's oil resources. 219
