Iran Press/ Iran News: The Leader of the Islamic Revolution, Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei, met with members of Iran’s Supreme Council of the Cultural Revolution in the Imam Khomeini Hussainiyah on Monday.
The leader stressed the shift from "egotism and vainglory culture" to "self-sacrifice culture" as an example of the Islamic revolution's impact on the personal lifestyle of the people and pointed out: "Despite the change of many wrong beliefs, different factors undermine the active spirit of the [Islamic] Revolution, which must be seriously cared about, so that do not cause the very wrong beliefs to return."
Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei said that “We can’t” was a negative, wrong catchphrase before the Revolution in Iran: "The Revolution changed this mindset, which led to major accomplishments such as building dams, power plants, highways, oil and gas industry equipment, and many infrastructures by young, domestic experts."
Ayatollah Khamenei said the Islamic Revolution caused the mindset of “Infatuation with the West” to change into “Objecting to the West.”
