Baghdad(IP)- The Minister of Cultural Heritage, Tourism, and Handicrafts of Iran called for cooperation, solidarity and cultural and diplomatic efforts of the member countries of the "Forum of Ancient Civilizations" against unilateralism.

Iran PressMiddle East: According to Iran Press, "Ezzatullah Zarghami," the Minister of Cultural Heritage, Tourism and Handicrafts of Iran, at the sixth meeting of the "Forum of Ancient Civilizations" in Baghdad, considered the important mission of this forum to be a fundamental confrontation with exclusivity, supremacy, and modern racism and the unilateral actions of some governments.

The Minister of Cultural Heritage of the Islamic Republic of Iran added: "It is the duty of the member governments of the "Forum of Ancient Civilizations" to deal with the countries that put other nations at risk of harm by using the tools of economic terrorism and sanctions and to stand united against these actions.

Zarghami also pointed out the responsibility of the international community for the return of cultural properties; to effectively deal with the smuggling of cultural properties and to try to return the looted works to the countries of origin, the plan to create a practical program of cooperation between the member countries of the Forum of Ancient Civilizations with a focus on fighting By smuggling cultural-historical property and returning looted and stolen property, he raised the formation of a joint committee for this very purpose.
