Iran Press/ Middle East: Bruno Fernandes scored a brace to send A Selecao through and make it back-to-back wins in Group H.
There was debate over the first goal as Cristiano Ronaldo wheeled away in celebration but Fernandes was officially awarded the opener.
The result leaves Uruguay at the bottom of the group with their hopes of qualification slipping away.
Uruguay will need to win their last group game later this week to have any chance of progressing.
