Europe (IP) - Some parties in the German coalition government have submitted a draft plan to the German Federal Parliament (The Bundestag) and demanded the closure of the Hamburg Islamic Center.

Iran PressEurope: In the continuation of supporting riots in Iran, the ruling parties in Germany demanded the closure of Iran's long-standing cultural and intellectual center in this country. In this regard, the parties forming the German coalition government, by presenting a plan to the parliament, demanded the closure of the "Hamburg Islamic Center" and the parliament of this country is also going to vote on this plan whether this center should be closed or not and how it should be closed.

Based on this plan, the German government should investigate how to close the Hamburg Islamic Center.

For several years, the anti-revolutionary groups have been pressuring the authorities of Hamburg and demanding the closure of the Islamic center in this city. They claim that this center has become an institution to propagate the Islamic Republic of Iran.

Due to the presence of the lobbies of the Israeli regime and the activities of the MKO terrorist group in Germany, accusations against this institution and religious and cultural organization were made from time to time in the German media, but in the last two months and after the unrest and riots in some Iranian cities, media and political attacks against the Hamburg Islamic Center have increased. In particular, the German government, along with the European Union and the United States, has openly supported the riots in Iran.
