Iran Press/ Iran News: Speaking at the commemoration ceremony of the 100th anniversary of the publication of "Saf" magazine, Mohammad Mehdi Esmaeili said Iran's army is a powerful one to push forward the country's goals.
Saf magazine is formerly known as Ghoshon, the oldest one affiliated with Iran's army.
Courage, honor, sacrifice, and knowledge are the characteristics of Iran's army and today's army in addition to providing security, it is ready to extend justice to friendly countries around the world, added the minister.
Abbas Mohammad Hassani, the leader's representative in the army, said: "Saf magazine is the only magazine of the army of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
He added: "This magazine reflects the identity of the army. Saf is a bridge that connects people to the army."
It is also the voice of the army and a symbol of discipline for hundred years.
The commemoration ceremony of the 100th anniversary of the magazine was held in the presence of Iran's Army Commander, Major General Abdulrahim Mousavi, the Deputy Chief of Iran Army for Coordination, Rear Admiral Habibollah Sayyari, and Mohammad Mahdi Esmaeili, the Minister of Culture and Islamic Guidance.
