Iran (IP) - The shooting champion of the Tokyo Olympics gifted his medal to the little boy who lost his parents in the Shiraz terrorist attack.

Iran PressIran News: An armed assailant member of the ISIS terrorist group on Wednesday in an armed attack on Shah Cheragh, the holy shrine of Hazrat Ahmad bin Musa (AS), in the city of Shiraz, the capital of Fars Province, southern Iran, led to the martyrdom of 13 people, including 2 children, and the wounding of 30 pilgrims.

Artin and his parents and brother also were in the shrine when the terrorist assailant attacked and opened fire on the people; his brother and parents were shot dead in front of his eyes and got martyred, and the little boy now became so alone. 

To condole the little boy and sympathize with him, Javad Foroughi, the world's shooting champion, gifted his gold medal to him.

Foroughi was the first athlete who managed to win the gold medal for the Iranian Olympic squad in the pistol category at the Tokyo Olympic games.
