Tehran (IP) - 182 MPs voted against Iran's Minister of Industry, Mine and Trade's impeachment on Tuesday.

Iran PressIran news: The lawmakers in Iran's parliament open session held on (Tuesday, November 1) dedicated to the impeachment of Seyed Reza Fatemi Amin, Minister of Industry, Mines and Trade

After hearing the reasons and explanations of the parliamentarians requesting the impeachment, as well as the explanation and defense of the relevant minister regarding his performance in this ministry, the session opposed the impeachment of Fatemi Amin with 84 votes in favor, 182 against, 6 abstentions and 2 invalid votes out of a total of 274  MPs present in the session.

Thus, Fatemi Amin continues to work as the Minister of Industry, Mining, and Trade in the cabinet of the 13th government.
