Iran Press/ Iran News: The Leader of the Islamic Revolution of Iran, Ayatollah Sayyed Ali Khamenei, issued a condolence message following the terrorist incident in the Shiraz holy shrine of Hazrat Ahmed bin Musa (Shah Cheragh).
The Leader of the Islamic Revolution of Iran stressed that the heinous crime perpetrators in the Hazrat Ahmed bin Musa (AS) shrine will be punished."
An armed assailant member of the ISIS terrorist group on Wednesday in an armed attack on Shah Cheragh, the holy shrine of Hazrat Ahmad bin Musa (AS), in the city of Shiraz, the capital of Fars Province, southern Iran, led to the martyrdom of 15 people, including two children, and the wounding of 27 pilgrims.
This terrorist act, for which ISIS has taken responsibility, was condemned by the United Nations and various world countries.
In this regard, Ayatollah Khamenei, the Leader of the Islamic Revolution of Iran, emphasized in a message issued on Thursday, referring to the heinous crime in the Holy Shrine of Hazrat Ahmad bin Musa (AS), which led to the martyrdom and injury of dozens of innocent men, women, and children and said: "The pain of the loved ones and the desecration of the shrine of the Ahl al-Bayt (PBUH), will not be compensated except by searching for the root cause of these disasters and taking decisive and wise actions about it."
The Leader of the Islamic Revolution of Iran stated: "We all have duties in confronting the hand of the incendiary enemy and his traitorous or ignorant and negligent agents.
" From the security agencies and the judiciary to the activists in the field of thought and propaganda and the dear people, they must be united against the mainstream that allows disregard and disrespect for people's lives, their security, and their sanctities," Ayatollah Khamenei, the Leader of the Islamic Revolution of Iran emphasized.
Ayatollah Khamenei also pointed out that the dear people of Iran and the institutions in charge will overcome the evil plot of the enemies, and added: " I offer my condolences to the families who mourned this incident, the people of Shiraz, and to the entire nation of Iran, and I ask God the All Mighty for the healing and recovery of the injured.
