Tehran (IP) – Iran's President says sanctions did not and will not stop Iran in any way.

Iran PressIran News: Speaking at a meeting with Belarusian Foreign Minister Vladimir Makei in Tehran on Wednesday, President Raisi stated that increased US hostility towards the Islamic Republic resulted from Iran’s growing power.

Raisi referred to his meeting with the Belarusian president on the sidelines of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) meeting in Samarkand and urged the need to boost the implementation of agreements between the two states.

He also touched upon the high potential for Tehran-Minsk cooperation and noted that both countries are resolved to boost relations.

The Iranian president pointed out that one way to thwart sanctions is to expand relations between independent states.
