Moscow (IP) – Deputy Minister of Oil for International Affairs and Trade of the Islamic Republic of Iran said that the sustainable development of the world's energy depends on the fact that some countries put an end to the policy of coercion.

Iran PressEurope: In an interview with Iran Press reporter in Moscow about the importance of stability of energy security in the world, Ahmad Asadzadeh stated that if the world cares about the security of energy supply and demand, it should also accept its infrastructure and equipment.

He noted that two important oil and gas producing countries in the world, i.e., Iran and Russia, cannot be sanctioned and at the same time speak about the security of energy supply and demand.

Asadzadeh underlined that the dual behavior of the West, especially the United States, towards other countries disturbs the security of energy supply and demand in the world.

He pointed out that guaranteeing the sustainable development of energy depends on the constructive cooperation of energy-producing countries and other countries in order to create a stable environment for the benefit of all the people of the world.

The Russian Energy Week, with the slogan "Sustainable Energy Development," has been held in Moscow with the participation of various foreign delegations since last Wednesday."

The delegation of the Islamic Republic of Iran, headed by Deputy Oil Minister Ahmad Asadzadeh and Iran's Ambassador to Russia Kazem Jalali, and a group of oil and energy experts attended the event.
