Iran Press/ Iran News: In an exclusive interview with Iran Press on the sidelines of the unveiling ceremony of smart policing projects, Brigadier General Hossein Ashtari stated that having up-to-date equipment, such as CCTV, facilitates services to people.
"Providing smart services means using public capacity, increasing operational capacity, making the police organization agile, and providing services as quickly as possible," Ashtari added.
He stressed that the Iranian police had been remarkably developed in providing services for all, as crimes are getting sophisticated, expanded, and increased in any shape or form.
Referring to the development of the 'Mobile Police' smart app, General Ashtari said: "The application is widely used in border areas, urban and road police stations, and in the criminal police department."
