Iran Press/ Middle East: According to the Palestinian Sama News Agency, during the suppression of the commemoration of the birth of the Holy Prophet (PBUH) that was held on Saturday in the occupied city of Quds, some Palestinian citizens were severely injured due to the blows and attacks of the Zionist forces, and some others were arrested.
The residents of Quds and the pilgrims of this city celebrated the birth anniversary of the Holy Prophet (PBUH), coinciding with the 12th of Rabi-ul-Awl, according to Sunnis, amidst the strict measures of the occupation forces. The march of a theater group started from Al-Zahra Street, passing through Salahuddin and Sultan Suleiman Streets to Bab Al-Moud and ended at Al-Aqsa Mosque Square.
Merchants of the old part of Quds distributed sweets to the participants of the ceremony, accompanied by the prophetic praises of the Al-Quds groups.
At the same time, the markets of the old part of Al-Quds witnessed a massive commercial boom at the same time as the birthday anniversary of the Holy Prophet (PBUH), and thousands of people gathered in its courtyards to offer prayers in the blessed Al-Aqsa Mosque and commemorate the birth anniversary of the Prophet (PBUH).
Al-Quds Islamic Endowment Department also celebrated the birth anniversary of the Holy Prophet (PBUH with songs and religious stories about the Holy Prophet (PBUH) and the life of the Prophet (PBUH).
