Tehran (IP)- The Deputy Minister of Economy announced the doubling of foreign investment in Iran.

Iran PressIran news: "Ali Fekri," the Deputy Minister of Economy, said: "4 billion and 800 million dollars of foreign capital has been attracted in one year." 

Head of Organization for Investment Economic and Technical Assistance of Iran added: "During this period, we have issued more than 8 billion and 900 million dollars in foreign investment permits, but in practice, the gradual process of entering only 4 billion and 800 million dollars from the plans has started. 

Raisi's government policy has based its goals and plans on developing relations with neighboring countries.

Iran's membership in the Shanghai Cooperation Organization and economic exchanges with neighboring countries can be interpreted in the way of fulfilling this policy which at the same time has been aimed at attracting investment and developing economic relations.
