Tehran (IP) - Iranian Oil Minister Javad Owji left Tehran for Tokyo to attend the Asia Green Growth Partnership Ministerial Meeting and multilateral meetings.

Iran PressIran News: The primary approach of the Asia Green Growth Partnership Ministerial Meeting (AGGPM) is financing, promoting innovation and supporting the energy transition process in Asia and international cooperation in this field.

Iran's oil minister will deliver a speech at this meeting and address energy ministers of Asian countries.

On Tuesday, Javad Owji will also participate in the memorial ceremony of the assassinated former Japanese Prime Minister Abe Shinzo on behalf of Ebrahim Raisi, the president of the Islamic Republic of Iran, which will be held in the presence of presidents or prime ministers from different countries.

Meeting and exchanging opinions about the opportunities and areas of future cooperation with important Japanese companies and the ministers of economy, foreign affairs, finance and industry, economy and trade of Japan are among the other plans of Iran's oil minister Javad Owji during his state visit to this country.
