Tehran (IP) – Iran's Foreign Minister assesses ties with Tunisia positive and says there are no limitations to expanding ties with the country.

Iran PressIran News: Receiving the ambassador of Tunisia to Tehran Samir al-Mansar on the end of his career on Tuesday, Iran's FM Hossein Amir-Abdollahian stressed the efforts of the two countries to expand their ties while pointing to common views on regional and international issues. 

Amir-Abdollahian appreciated the Tunisian government and nation for their supportive stance toward the Palestinian issue and their opposition to the membership of the Israeli regime in the African Union. 

He also emphasized the good relations between Iran and Tunisia and the existence of common views and positions between the two countries on many regional and international issues.

 

 

The Tunisian ambassador to Tehran said in his part: "The nation and government of Tunisia have always stood by the Iranian nation and government and do spare no effort to protect the good relations between the two countries." 

Samir al-Mansar stressed the continual efforts of the two countries for the successful holding of the joint commission.
