In a phone conversation with the Chinese Foreign Minister, Iran's Foreign Minister said that the US should distance itself from the use of ambiguous literature in the text so that the agreement can be reached in the shortest possible time.

Iran Press/Iran News: In the new round of negotiations in Vienna, centered on the lifting of sanctions against Iran, which was held from the 4th to the 8th of August 2022, several proposals were made by Enrique Mora, the coordinator of the European Union.

On August 15, the Islamic Republic of Iran presented its written response to the text proposed by Europe in which the path to resuming the full implementation of the JCPOA was explained and announced that if the American response is realistic and flexible, an agreement will be reached.

The US also presented its opinion to the European Union on August 24 (September 2).

On September 2, Iran's Ministry of Foreign Affairs Spokesman Nasser Kanaani announced the submission of Iran's comments on the US response saying that Iran's response has a constructive approach to the aim of finalizing the negotiations.

Hossein Amir-Abdollahian, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Iran, and Wang Yi, Minister of Foreign Affairs of China, discussed and exchanged views on bilateral, regional and international issues and sanctions lifting negotiations.

Amir-Abdollahian and Wang Yi reviewed the latest status of the implementation of the comprehensive program of strategic cooperation, according to the recent talks of the Deputy Minister of Economic Diplomacy of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Beijing.

Iran's foreign minister added: "We are still serious about reaching a good, strong and stable agreement, but the US should distance itself from the use of ambiguous literature in the text so that the agreement can be reached in the shortest possible time."

In this telephone conversation, the Chinese Foreign Minister also emphasized Beijing's interest in further expanding Tehran-Beijing relations.

Wang Yi described the development of bilateral relations in accordance with the interests of the two countries and emphasized the implementation of the comprehensive cooperation program signed by the two countries, regardless of the direction of international development.

Pointing to the common view of the two countries regarding many regional and international issues, Wang Yi expressed his country's appreciation and readiness to play an active role in establishing stability and peace in Syria.

By rejecting unilateralism in the international arena and supporting Iran's reasonable requests in nuclear negotiations, Wang Yi acknowledged Iran's right to achieve legal rights. 219
