Palestine (IP) - Israeli media reported a shooting at a bus carrying the Israeli regime's soldiers in the Jordan Valley area, which injured seven people.

Iran PressMiddle East: Shots were fired at a bus carrying the Israeli regime's soldiers on a major highway in the Jordan Valley on Sunday, injuring seven people, the military and medics said.

The Israel regime's forces said Palestinian gunmen opened fire at the bus near the settlement of Hamra, seriously wounding one soldier. Another five soldiers and the bus's civilian driver were lightly hurt.

The gunmen fled the scene, but two suspects were arrested shortly after by the Israeli regime's soldiers and police officers.

Meanwhile, various attacks on Palestinians have become a daily occurrence throughout the occupied territories, particularly in the West Bank.

The Israeli human rights group B'Tselem has confirmed in several reports that the Israeli regime has for years clearly allowed its settlers to assault Palestinians and inflict damage on their property as one of its policies.

According to a detailed report issued in November 2021, the rights group said the assaults have also included the provision of military protection for the attackers and in some cases troopers’ active participation in the assault.
