Mahsa Pour-Rahmati, Azam Bakhti, and Pariya Mahrokh formed the Iranian epee team.
The Iranian men's epee fencing team also managed to snatch silver in the games.
Still, the Iranian men's saber fencing team stood first in the Konya games. The Iranian Saber fencers defeated the
Turkish team 45-28, winning the gold medal of the Islamic Solidarity Games 2021.
