Turkiye (IP) - On the second day of the men's freestyle wrestling competitions in the 5th edition of Islamic Solidarity Games 2021 underway Konya, Turkiye, Iran's wrestler in 92 kg category ascended to the finals.

Iran PressIran Sports: Defeating his Azerbaijani rival Osman Nurmagomedov 6-6, Iran's freestyle wrestler Ahmad Bazrighaleh went to the final of the competition due to receiving the last point. 

Still, in the 61 kg weight category, wrestler Majid Dastan of Iran knocked out in his first game a rival from Senegal 10-0, and in his second game, he defeated his Kazakh rival 9-4, ascending to the semi-finals of the competition. 

Iran now has four finalists who are to fight for snatching gold against their rivals: Hossein Abouzari in 70 kg category, Ali Savadkouhi in 79 kg, Ahmad Bazrighaleh in 92 kg, and Mahdi Hashemi in 125 kg. 
Also, in 61 kg, Majid Dastan went to ranking games.
