Japan's new ambassador to Iran Mitsuo Saito submitted a copy of his credentials to Iranian Foreign Minister, Mohammad Javad Zarif on Monday.

Iran Press/Iran news: Japan's new ambassador to Iran Mitsuo Saito will submit the original copy of his credentials to Iranian President Hassan Rouhani later, Fars News Agency reported.

Tokyo and Tehran will celebrate the 90 anniversary of the opening of Japanese embassy in Tehran in 2019 and the two countries are working very closely to mark the occasion with the utmost glory.
