Shiraz (IP) - The governor of Fars Province of Iran announced the readiness of the province to expand cultural, scientific and commercial exchanges with Hungary.

Iran PressIran News: Mohammad Hadi Imanieh met with Zoltan Varga Haszonits, Ambassador of Hungary to Iran, on Thursday evening in Shiraz.

In the meeting, the Hungarian ambassador pointed out the sisterhood between the city of Shiraz (the capital of Fars Province) and the city of Pécs, Hungary, and emphasized the expansion of cultural exchanges between the two countries, especially in tourism, health tourism, and the export of herbal medicines.

Speaking about the trade relations between Iran and Hungary, Haszonits said: "The two countries can cooperate to hold exhibitions and inking memorandums of understanding in trade."
