Tens of thousands of Palestinians performed the Eid al-Adha prayer at the Al-Aqsa Mosque in the occupied city of Jerusalem al-Quds.

Iran PressMiddle East: Islamic Endowment Department of al-Quds said that 150,000 worshipers performed the Eid prayer at the holy mosque.

The Palestinians, along with their families, reached Al-Aqsa Mosque early in the morning on Sunday, so that the halls of this holy site were filled.

On this occasion, the Israeli police forces were stationed around the old part of Jerusalem.

Saudi Arabia, along with some other countries, declared Thursday, June 30, 2022, as the first day of Dhul-Hijjah 1443 and today is Eid al-Adha in these countries.

In Iran, today is Arafah and tomorrow is Eid al-Adha.

The Hamas Movement on Friday congratulated the Palestinian people and the Arab and Islamic nation on the occasion of Eid Al-Adha.

The Movement saluted the Palestinians and all the Muslims all over the world who are performing Hajj (sacred pilgrimage), hoping for happy returns to the Palestinian people, Arab and Islamic nations, and the whole world.
