Iran Press/ Iran news: Iraqi Prime Minister Mustafa Al-Kadhimi has traveled to Iran for a one-day visit on Sunday.
Upon his arrival in Tehran, Al-Kadhimi was officially welcomed and received by Iranian President Ebrahim Raisi in a ceremony at Saadabad Historical Complex.
The two sides held a meeting, discussing bilateral ties and issues of mutual interest.
Following the inauguration of the government of Iranian President Ebrahim Raisi, Mustafa Al-Kadhimi was the first senior foreign official who paid a visit to Tehran in September 2021.
