Tehran (IP) - The spokesman of Iran's Foreign Ministry rejected the baseless allegations made by the Israeli Foreign Minister in Ankara at a joint press conference with his Turkish counterpart as part of a pre-planned scenario to destroy relations between the two Muslim countries.

Iran PressIran news: Saeed Khatibzadeh called it part of Tel Aviv's conspiracy to divert Turkish and regional public opinion from the Palestinian cause and the terrorist acts of this child-killing regime.

The spokesman for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs added on Friday: "Unfortunately, about a week ago, a psychological operation was launched to engage the media in fictitious scenarios using incorrect and orchestrated information to prepare the ground for the Israeli Foreign Minister's smear campaign."

Khatibzadeh added: "Our neighbor Turkey is well aware of the baseless allegations made by the lying and Zionist terrorist regime and is not expected to remain silent in the face of these divisive allegations. This regime has repeatedly shown how unreliable it is."

Reiterating that the response of the Islamic Republic of Iran to the assassination and sabotage of the Israeli regime will always be definite, authoritative and without threatening the security of ordinary citizens and the security of other countries, the Foreign Ministry spokesman said that the theatrical behaviors of this regime in order to present itself as a victim is not conceivable by anyone, and even if the parties seem to have a show of solidarity based on fleeting expediency, but in fact, they know what a dangerous regime they are facing.
