Iran Press/ Iran News: The President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdymukhamedov arrived in Tehran yesterday evening (Tuesday) with a political-economic delegation, welcomed by Minister of Roads and Urban Development Rostam Ghasemi.
Bilateral meetings, the signing of intergovernmental documents, and a press conference are among Berdymukhamedov's two-day visit to Tehran.
This is Berdymukhamedov's first visit to Tehran as President of Turkmenistan, and he had previously arrived in Iran on January 9, 2022, as a special envoy of the then President.
Iran's President Ebrahim Raisi traveled to Ashgabat in December last year with a high-level political and economic delegation to attend the 15th Summit of the Economic Cooperation Organization (ECO).
