Tehran (IP) - Foreign Minister said that the deep-rooted relations between the two great and influential Islamic world countries, Iran and Pakistan are growing rapidly and are hope-inspiring.

Iran PressIran News: In a tweet on Tuesday evening, Hossein Amir-Abdollahian referred to a meeting with his Pakistani counterpart here in Tehran and wrote: "Today in Tehran, I hosted my dear brother FM @BBhuttoZardari."

Amir-Abdollahian said that relations between Iran & Pakistan, two great nations of the Muslim world, have always been promising & flourishing.

"We had important exchanges on political & security issues, tourism, pilgrimage, trade, sanctions removal & Afghanistan," the Iranian top diplomat added.

Pakistan’s Foreign Minister Bilawal Bhutto-Zardari arrived in Tehran on Tuesday morning for holding talks with the Iranian officials.

The Iranian Foreign Minister on Tuesday, following a joint press conference with his Pakistani counterpart, gave him an album of the last visit of Ms. Benazir Bhutto (former Prime Minister of Pakistan and mother of Pakistani Foreign Minister Bilawal Bhutto Zardari) to the holy city of Mashhad and the shrine of Imam Reza.
