Iran (IP)- The Atomic Energy Organization of Iran (AEOI) has issued a statement announcing the shutdown of the On-Line Enrichment Monitor (OLEM) system and flow meter in Iran.

Iran PressIran News: Based on what is said in this statement, the Islamic Republic of Iran has so far had extensive cooperation with the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA), but unfortunately, without considering that this cooperation is due to Iran's goodwill, the IAEA did not appreciate this cooperation; the organization also considered it a duty of Iran as well. For this reason, it was decided to cut off the operation of the OLEM system and flow meter of the IAEA as of today, as instructed by the relevant authorities.

Today, the spokesman for the Atomic Energy Organization of Iran monitored the shutdown of two IAEA cameras at a nuclear facility.

He also said that, Of course, more than 80% of the existing cameras of the IAEA are safeguard-related cameras, which will continue to operate as before.
