Iran Press/ Iran News: Foreign Ministry spokesman Saeed Khatibzadeh on Sunday praised the resilience of the Palestinian people and the defenders of Jerusalem al Quds and warned of any new adventurism and provocative actions of the Zionist occupiers.
Recalling the Palestinian cause as the first priority of the Islamic world, he said: "It is the duty of all free people in the world, especially the Muslims and Islamic countries, to unite to defend Jerusalem al Quds in all aspects and to confront the Zionist apartheid regime."
Khatibzadeh stressed that the axis of the Palestinian resistance will not fail to defend the Al-Aqsa Mosque and counter the terrorist acts of the fake Israeli regime.
The Iranian diplomat called on the international authorities and organizations to fulfill their legal duty and prevent the aggression and attacks of the Zionist occupiers on the defenseless people of Palestine.
